Did you know that the River Wandle used to have 19 textile mills between its source and mouth? Weaving Out Waste is an exhibition running inside Southside Shopping Centre (3rd floor) until May 8th which explores the impact of textile waste on the planet and showcases an amazing pupil-made woven river created by pupils from 40 primary schools across Wandsworth.
